I bought an open box Samsung soundbar model hw-nw700 and my email says Condition:Open Box Good so I know I didn't make a mistake there.
The location of the item was about 34 miles away and after driving out there I was told that there was no power supply. I accepted the item since I had already made the trip and I needed to get to work but it seems a replacement power supply isn't a simple task. Besides that, I feel the condition of the item was misrepresented as I consider the power supply a "vital" accessory necessary for the soundbar to function as a soundbar, otherwise it's just a brick.
I would like to explore options before deciding to take time out of my day to make that drive again.
I believe that I at the very least deserve a price reduction for the true condition of the open box and for the trouble of having driven out there after being misled. I would also like help in finding a power supply.
I look forward to hearing back from a support member to discuss this matter.

Hey There, Wakkadoo,
Welcome back to the forums! It's nice to hear from you again.
It's kind of hard to enjoy your new soundbar if you can't get power it on to test it out. I can understand wanting to get it up and running. I'm not showing that the power adapter is something that is carried as a regular part of our PartStore assortment, but it is possible that they might be able to special order it for you if you call (855) 975-6831 or fill out this online contact form. You might also be able to get a replacement power adapter directly through the manufacturer.
Generally speaking, we would typically expect any missing accessories, such as power adapters, to be taken into consideration when the condition and pricing of the item are determined. I would be happy to double-check your order and pricing details to see if that was the case. To get in touch, please send me a Private Message with your full name, email address, and phone number.
