Online order

I purchased a TV online last night and when I got the email saying the order was ready I realized it was very close to closing time so I attempted to call the store and they did not answer so I drove as quickly as possible to my local store to pick up my TV. When I get there, there are 5-6 customers still in the store but the employee standing by the gate has it half shut so the customers still in the store had to bend over to leave the store. At this point the employee still hasn’t acknowledged me standing there so I say something and he doesn’t even look at me just says “we’re closed” and slams the gate shut. I have never been treated so badly by an employee ever. I understand I arrived at the door at 7:02 and closing time is 7:00 but, the employee was standing there, customers still inside of the store and I had everything he needed out to give me my tv that had already been paid for. For an employee to treat a customer like that is beyond disrespectful and does not make the company look good at all.

I'm sure you were excited to pick up this TV as soon as possible so I can understand your disappointment to arrive after this store had closed. Were you able to let a store manager know about your experience? If not, I would be glad to make sure they are aware of your feedback.

I visited the location inside of Destiny USA in Syracuse, NY. The employee did not even look at me, kept his back towards me the whole time so I did not get a name. I attempted to call 3 different times the next day and sat on hold for 30 minutes each time.
