The Galaxy S10+ is a great phone and it looks to be the best in the Galaxy Series. So, I can understand wanting to take advantage of our Trade-In offer with your Note 8.
We strive to always provide customers with high end customer service. It is not our intention for you to have the experience you did with our store. I am sincerely sorry that our Mobile Blue Shirt did not provide you with the experience we would have hoped.
Per our Trade-In site we do not accept Unlock Note 8. It would have to tried to a carrier such as AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon.

Thank you for clarifying that information for me. Typically, an unlocked smartphone is a phone that isn't tied to a specific carrier or contract. This would be regardless if the phone has been paid off. However, I do see that the Verizon Note 8 is part of our Trade-In offer.
