Not showing a purchase history

I had a problem with purchasing the item in store today.
I bought a charging cable and chose to get the receipt by email.
So I let them know my phone number.
After they input my phone number, the display showed up my home address and email address.
The problem is the email is not received yet.
Also I cannot find any purchase history in best buy account.
Please help me.

One great benefit is being able to see the items you've purchased so I can know i'd be surprised to see this empty.
