Not satisfied with headset purchase

As the title states, I purchased a headset a week ago and I am not satisfied with my purchase. My PC audio is playing back to everyone while using any voice chat app. I have tried everything, and the brand's support agent recommended I return the unit or get it replaced, as it may be internal components in the headset causing the issues.

The issue is that Best Buy does not accept headsets that have been opened. What options do I have? Does this apply to defective items?

Thank you for visiting our community forums. I know a headset it's never ideal to have problems with a headset and would be happy to help you look into this.

 

Did you happen to make this purchase in Canada or on BestBuy.ca? Typically, we are able to process a return or exchange as part of our Return & Exchange Promise for an open headset.
