Not honoring advertisements

There are signs in the store indicating buy 3 accessories for camera or camcorder and get 25% off. This store failed to honor it. While another representative was checking on the sign, the helping me was ringing me up and I got distracted. I used my certificates to pay a portion and asked about the 25% off. They insist that I have to purchase a camera or camcorder to get the discount. I go to customer service and return the items and I still have not received my certificates. I go to another location and guess what they honored the discount. I ended up making a large purchase and couldn't use my certificates. The different location confirmed I was not require to purchase a camera or camcorder to get the discount. It's frustrating to hear that I should of gotten that discount and I wouldn't be here waiting for my certificate to be refunded to my account.
