Not getting refund back after return item

I was purchased the headset in store on March 15 and decided to return it on March 23. First, I was using my bb credit card to pay for my headset and then used my chased debit cart to pay it off right away at check out. On March 23, I decided to return the headset and bestbuy agent told me that wait 5 days to receive the money back. Now, April 7 I still haven’t receive any on my refund back to my chase account. What should I do in order to take my refund back?
