North Canton Ohio best buy nightmare

North Canton Ohio store Best Buy we purchased Turtle Beach Xbox gaming headset quit working within year, we had paid extra for the Best Buy warranty, when we went to exchange found out your store no longer carry that headset made us pay extra to upgrade to the hyphen x, again charged us another warranty charge this one lasted two months microphone quit working husband took back to the store today young kid working said in order to exchange it learned you did not have it and cost us extra because of course you only had the more expensive ones in stock and we would once again have to buy another Best Buy warranty which my husband did I was not there because trust me it wouldn't have happened we spend thousands of dollars at your store and it won't happen no more
Look up our account Duane and Loretta {removed per forum guidelines}. And see how many thousands and thousands of dollars this store got from our buss.,it will never get a dime more and I will post on every social media to make sure others are warned

As someone who uses a gaming headset I know that they can be a bit fragile. I would be happy to help make sure that your feedback gets to the right place. While we don't always have the item you need in store we can typically place an order for delivery or pickup. Were you offered this option during your visits? While I can't be sure without looking at your purchase history, it sounds like your Geek Squad Protection plans were fulfilled which is why a new one needed to be purchased with the new headset.

No was still under manufacturing warranty, and why do I have to upgrade headset and pay another protection charge,100.00 headset should last longer than 3 months
