No vbucks code on receipt

Hello, my boyfriend bought a computer at Best Buy and there was suppose to be a code on the receipt to redeem 2,000 vbucks. There’s no code and well I’d like to have them. It’s not a huge issue but I’d like to have them. Please and thank you.

I have the receipt and I was with him during the purchase so I have all the information you would need.
