No one answers phones at stores

I have made two large purchases at the greensboro nc location. Kyron and marvin were excellent and should be commended for their customer service.
I was trying to get back in touch with them over the phone to talk about best buy services fornset up. I made the phone call and on this past saturday i was on hold for 28 minutes and then the call just ended. Today i have called the store number and tried again and guess what....the phone line disconnected within 15 minutes. So while sitting at an airport i tried for an hour. No luck. Then i called the best buy customer service line and unfortunately the person who finally picked up was nice but there were language barriers so i asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me and....then the line disconnected again. This is unacceptable by all retail standards and i have never had this happen while dealing with any other retail chain. Who can i get in touch with to boice my concerns and maybe get in touch with the people i have been trying to get in touch with for 2 days.
