Hi just bought a new Samsung tv and was excited to use the free 30 day Sling promo. When I tried to get that going I noticed there was no code listed on my emailed receipt. So I called the Best Buy helpline and they were at a total loss as to what to do. They gave me the number to the store but no one answered any of the departments I chose. This is a real bummer since I really wanted to try it out before I subscribed. Why advertise something you arent going to honor? That's just bad customer service!
