No Refund

On July 9, 2021 I purchased a laptop and Geek Squad tech support plan at the Bunker Hill store in Houston, TX. On July 10, 2021 I returned the laptop and canceled the tech support plan. I haven't received a refund. I've spoken with customer service 2x and Geek Squad as well. Was told that a refund had been processed. I haven't received a refund, however. Frustrated!!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding this refund. I know whenever I return something, I hope to have the refund in my account as soon as possible. It's odd to hear that this is taking so long, I'd like to look into this for you to see how we may be able to help.

 

Depending on the form of payment used, it can take up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement. Since it has been longer than this, I'd like to check on this initial refund and will need some more information to do so. Can you please send me private message with your:
