No Delivery and no calls

Was supposed to have a fridge delivered last Wednesday the 20th.  No one called or showed up.  No way to get in touch with the store, and whoever answered the phone kept trying to transfer me somewhere but no one would ever answer.  Go to the physical store, and was told "hey, our 3rd party put it on their truck, they're a vendor so we can't get in touch with them".  What??  Was told we'd get a call to reschedule delivery.  It's now 5 days later, still no call.  Just tried to call again and got hung up on after being on hold for 27 minutes.  This whole thing is absurd.  I just want my stupid fridge.

Welcome to our forums. Regardless of the item, we hope our customers will have a straightforward experience when it comes to their order deliveries, so it’s disappointing to hear not only has your fridge not yet arrived, you’ve been unable to get any answers you’ve been looking for.  While I can’t undo the frustration this experience has undoubtedly caused, I would like to take a closer look into this matter and explore what options may be available to get this resolved.

  • Your order number or the “Customer Service PIN” from the bottom of your receipt
