New tv broken in box

I recently purchased a tv Friday and when I opened the box the tv had a broken screen. What can I do the coverage I purchased for geek squad won’t cover this.

Thanks for connecting with us on our forums! I'm sorry to hear that the TV you just purchased is broken. I use my TV nearly every day and I don't know what I would do without it! 

 

I do not believe that most Geek Squad Protection Plans on TVs offer coverage from damage. For the specific details of what your Geek Squad Protection Plan covers, please see the terms & conditions.
