New freezer, unboxed to find multiple damages

Just got home from the Plymouth Meeting BB and unboxed my new freezer only to find multiple damages. Two dents in the top. Another dent on the front bottom edge, which causes the control panel not to sit flush. Have pictures, would loved to have attached them. Really not happy about the damage OR having to post to a forum instead of emailing. I do not have time to turn around and drive back and forth to the store again, nor should I have to.

It was a store purchase. Walked in, told them what I wanted, paid, they brought it out front and loaded it. {removed per forums guidelines}. Item 8390027.
