Never received the pakage

I bought a samsung 45w charger from bestbuy pinecrest store for delivery. The charger was not available in store so the representative told me that i can have it delivered by tuesday, jusly 12th 2022. I got an email with the pakage detail and tracking number. I started tracking the order and over the weekend i get an email stating that my order will be delivered before the expected date on monday. I waited for my order on monday but never received it. I check the order status it says delivered. I checked today aswell but there was no pakage in the mailbox or on my property. I need my charger urgently. It was an expensive charger and my s22 ultra did not come with a charger. Please help me get my charger. I have been a long time best buy customer, i make my purchases at bestbuy every now and then. This is the first time i ordered delivery and this happens. I hope i can get this resolved through this forum.
