Never received code choice for bfv or anthem.

I recently purchased this PC

After having to order it in store and waiting a week and half for it to be shipped to the store.

It was supposed to be at the store on the 26th but I never received an email from BestBuy. I went up to the store and talked to someone at the customer service desk and they said that the package had been delayed but couldn't give me an exact date. I went home frustrated because my computer had just kicked the bucket so I was really in need of a replacement.

I decided to check my email Sunday night and I was basically shown that if the package didn't come by FEBRUARY 25th, you guys would be very helpful and cancel my order for me.

I knew something was going on so I decided to check online and clicked on pick up today and put in the computer that I had purchased. Sure enough, they had one in stock just sitting on the shelf.

I woke up the next day on Monday and was that customer who was at the door at 9:55 before the shutters we're even opened trying to pick up my PC that I had already paid for.

I finally flagged an employee down and explained the situation and they had to do something with the computer but they fixed my problem. They told me that someone must've taken it off the truck and put it on the sales floor instead of bringing it to the pick up counter.

For the deal on my computer, I was supposed to be getting the division 2 for free and then my choice of either battle Field 5 or anthem. Only the code for the division 2 was on my receipt. I've been back to BestBuy and talked to two employees and then a manager and they all told me to contact nvidia because they are in charge of the promotion.

So I emailed Nvidia and explain the situation but I was told that they give the stores x amount of codes and it's up to the stores to make good on the deal.

On Monday, I also purchased a laptop for my wife and a gaming monitor for myself. My total for the day was roughly $2500 and no one seems willing to give me my $60 game.

I'm not too sure what to do. I have receipts and everything to prove that I bought these things.

Welcome to our community forums.  I love a good freebie, especially when it's included with a product I've had my eyes on for a while.  What I'm not as big a fan of is waiting for my orders to arrive, and I certainly wouldn't be happy if I received a notice of a delay upwards of 30 days.  As long as you placed your order or made your purchase while the offer for both freebies was still active, you should have received the download and its corresponding instructions by now.
