I am am a loyal Best Buy customer with multiple family members who are members and I haven’t had a complain until now. I recently purchased a cyber power pc with the NVIDIA geforce bundle of either anthem or bfv. I never received any codes from Best Buy and I have reached out multiple times. I have at least 2 tickets open. I have reached out to NVIDIA and they informed me that this has to go through Best Buy. I have repeatedly been told to wait 24 to 48 hours and I never receive a response or it’s a code for a game I already redeemed (Division 2). I do appreciate the help and I just want to be provided the correct code for either Anthem or BFV (or both)

We definitely want to make sure you receive all the benefits you qualified for during purchase, and we would be happy to see if we have any options available to assist. If you have not already done so, please take a look at your spam or promotional folders. Often codes are filtered there by accident.
If you do not find the codes in your email, please send us a private message so we can verify the purchase. You can do this by clicking the blue box next to my name below. We would need your full name, email address, telephone number, and order number or customer service pin from your sales receipt if available.
