Never bestbuy again

I bought a new TV on Saturday night. Monday morning that TV was 100 dollars cheaper. How is it possible that nobody would mention that? No one had the decency to let me know I would have saved 100 dollars on less than 2 days?
I've been a faithful customer for a long time, but now I feel cheated. I am a new Amazon customer now.

Well, the person in the store would not have access to the pricing in advance so they would not even be aware it was going on sale. This is true all the way up to the store management level, even for big events I was only provided a list of products to hold and never once a pricing list. Luckily for you we have our price match guarantee in which to claim your $100. Visit your store while the unit is on sale and still within return/exchange period and they will match it for you. As for Amazon, I haven’t had anyone tell me something I’m buying is going on sale when I’ve bought from them either, come to think of it I’ve never had that happen anywhere.

they dont get the prices ahead of time


all you have to do is take back your receipt within your return period, normally 15 days, while it is still on sale, and they will credit you the difference.....
