Never again

I purchased a Hisense 70" Class A6G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV with the Greek Protection Plan from Best Buy 12/8/22 as a gift. It was delivered to my grandma house, not sure the date if that. It has been sitting in the corner of my grandma house because we couldn't find anyone that could mount it that wasn't extremely over priced. Finally we found someone to do it and they came on 3/12/23. After it was mounted, my grandma turned it on and to see that it was damaged on the inside screen. I have called Best Buy and Hisense, which they state that can not do anything about it because it is after the return date (which I wasn't informed of, I didn't see any emails with a return date on it) and it has physical damage. Also, when I called Best Buy customer service, the lady said that "Hisense will replaceed the TV", which is not happening. I know for a fact that while that TV was in my possession it was not damaged by anyone that came near that TV. So my guess is that the TV was damaged before it left where ever it came from or one of the two delivery guys damaged it on the way to me. I spend almost $500 on a TV that didnt even work and on a protection plan that useless.
