I have made two orders on May 21 and picked up only one of them. I was waiting the refund but was noticed that someone picked up my order on the same day. I will explain the situatio below.
On May 21, I ordered a microphone (the first order) but somwhow haven't received the confiramtion email or text for curbside pick up instruction. I thought it was some kind of system glitch.
I made another purchase (the second order) and receveid the confirmation this time, so I was able to pick up the second one only.
After few days, I saw the refund has still not been issued so I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge since I had no confirmation number, I couldn't contacted the best buy customer service.
Today, I was informed that the order was picked up by me on May 21 and Best Buy denied refund.
I am wondering if anyone here can help me to solve this issue.
