Negative feedback after my purchase

Hi Everyone, i had a very bad experience with best buy frisco on my last phone prchase. I saw one phone offer on samsung portal and found best buy advertisement popping up on samsung portal. I straight away headed to best buy which turned out to be my biggest mistake. Best buy sales team was now ready to provide me the same deal which samsung was offering online. I bought my phone from best buy and turned back home. After 15 days, samsung was providing addional offer with free earbuds. I requested same thing from best buy in form of price match and they clearly denied saying that i am out of return period. So lesson learnt here is that if i would have purchased same phone from samsung, i could have got this price match easily. So my concern here is that, if best buy is matching offers with competitors on the fly , then best buy should match price match and return policies as well with competitors. Being consumer, i feel cheated here from best buy. And i am sure they must have cheated many more customers in a same way.
This store specially has very unfriendly staff members which have diferent behaviour at time of selling and at time of returns. I will never recommend this store specifically to anyone. Best buy in plano is way better than this one."
