Need to return items but never received receipt via email

Hello!  Hoping we can get some assistance, thank you in advance!

So....several weeks ago my husband was in your store to purchase a very last minute go pro and all the accessories for a trip to Antarctica.  He realized while packing that there were items that weren't compatible (wrong size memory card or something like that...) He left it for me to return while he was away for several weeks.  Well, he was supposed to forward the receipt to me once he received it, but he said the receipt never came.  He has checked all his folders in his gmail acount, no receipt.  So now he believes it is past the return period and we are out of luck and he is stuck with this expensive equipment that he now doesn't need...trip is complete. 

Please help!  We won't be using this now and this was a big investment.  I was ready to return it asap but wtihout a receipt couldn't.  Hopefully you can track this purchase somehow?  Via phone number or credit card info?

Can someone please tell me if anyone from BB will actually answer this question or do I need to call them?  thanks!

They can search for your purchase in store via the credit card used.

The return period on those items was 15 days.  If it was several weeks ago you would most likely be beyond the return period.
