Hi,
I purchased Apple Airpods in-store using my Best Buy credit card in November of 2018. The audio is not working in one of the Airpods and I need a receipt (proof of purchase) in order for Apple to repair (within the 1-year Apple warranty). Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Having your AirPods stop working must be a pain. I don't know what I'd do without my headphones. I use them for hours every day.
