I returned a microsft surface pro and pen at the cambridge store in Galleria mall but the agent forgot to scan the pen and my account has been charged for it. It was a package so the pen was inside the same box. I have both the receipts from purchase and return. I currently have had surgery and can't drive for a month. I am being asked to drive to the store to verify the item and get the amount refunded. Is there anything that can be done?
