Need help refund refused

Bought a 60 dollar controller at Best Buy went open and realized box had no security tape over it, once I took out the controller it turned out to be broken and used. Went back to get a exchange and they denied it then ask for refund and they denied it too. Saying they don’t take back the product as it was used. Once I got home tried to call manager and other places but kept getting hung up on. I read the reviews on yelp and google and found out that the store has a history of selling broken and old products. Lost 60 dollars in this ordeal and now have broken product I paid for. Need this resolved, will be calling better business bureau for this

Products purchased in new condition should be just that, new, when you open the box. I would be more than happy to help you get in touch with a manager in the store you visited to discuss the controller you purchased. 


To get that process started, I would just need you to send us over a private message with the Customer Service PIN located toward the bottom of your receipt, your phone number, full name, and email.
