Need To File A Formal Complaint

Tonight I was hung up on by not one but two people in the geek squad customer service. I have the the name of the SUPERVISOR that hung up on me Jamal. I need to file a formal complaint with corporate about this. I have worked at a call center and this is not ok. When I was talking to the supervisor about the employee that hung up on me and asked me if he will take care of he, he told me no. He said there was no way for him to do anything. THIS IS WHY THEY THINK IT IS OK TO ACT THIS WAY!! They know that when a person calls back to complain about how they are being treated then there will be no reprocussion. I need to know how I can take this further so that there can be those consequences and training to employees so this does not continue to happen.

They generally make note if your comments here and take action as they deem appropriate. They will.not inform you of any actions. This moderators here for the corporate office.
