Hi All, while I was visiting Chicago last weekend I decided to pass by one of the Best Buy's close to my hotel. The exact Best Buy I went to was at address 1432 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515. On 10/06/2018 I purchased an Acer monitor Acer - XF270H 27 for around $ 265.63 it was on sale for 250 plus tax. The thing is when I went back to my home state of Kentucky and tried the monitor I realized it came with a dead pixel on the screen. I wanted to return immediately to a Best Buy in my home state but i had lost the receipt on my way back home from chicago.
The purchased was made with a Best Buy Credit Card that was given to me the same day I bought the monitor ( I was asked if i wanted to apply so i did, I was approved, and made the purchase with the card due to a 10% cash back offer they were running). I would please like a copy of my store receipt so I can return this monitor or exchange for a new one. Please contact me for me details.
