About a week after Easter last year I recieved an hp pavilion gaming pc from my mom and dad. This pc has worked for light use until about a month ago. Certain, more demanding games and applications have crashed it over and over again. My ideal course of action would be to get store credit or a refund but it has been past the 15 day return window. I have the original packaging and receipt for proof of purchase. Thanks for the help let me know what can be done, thanks.
