My computer

About a week after Easter last year I recieved an hp pavilion gaming pc from my mom and dad. This pc has worked for light use until about a month ago. Certain, more demanding games and applications have crashed it over and over again. My ideal course of action would be to get store credit or a refund but it has been past the 15 day return window. I have the original packaging and receipt for proof of purchase. Thanks for the help let me know what can be done, thanks.

Unless you purchased thier extended warranty you would want to try calling HP directly. It has a 1 year warranty thru the manufacturer.

Geek Squad in many cases is able to service a product under the manufacturer warranty as well so that may not be a bad option.
