Most likely to never come back.

This is the second time my husband and I have made a purchase with best buy where they've been the absolute worst to deal with. Recently I bought a car radio that they were supposed to install for us however they called and canceled the installment because the guy to do it quit. I brought the radio back the day after they called to return it (it was shipped and I only had it maybe a week). They told me I could only have store credit for it because I was outside my return date of 14 days. I've only had it 7 max, so how am I outside of that? Not to mention you can't put it in, so why would I keep it? So while I was explaining how I don't want store credit I just want my money back, they started telling me how they were doing me a favor in the first place for accepting the return, and they proceeded to prosess it and give me a store credit card. EVERYTIME I buy something from best buy it's an absolute hassle. I'm stuck with a store credit card for a company I don't want ANYTHING from, because the incompetent workers there wouldn't listening to anything I said. The manager who sold me the radio in the first place said I'd have no issues returning it before the installment date if I wanted to. So thanks a lot Best Buy for being once again, a crap company that screws people over.

And after spending the past hour on the phone transferred to this person, or that person, or even back to the last person about how i can go about possibly putting this card toward my cc or anything really, because hell will probably freeze over before i walk back into this bestbuy, I get hung up on, with no solution to anything.

As you mentioned, we offer a 15-day return or exchange period for most of the products that we sell. If something is shipped to you this 15 day timeframe would begin the day it arrived.
