Missing stand in TV order


I purchased a TV brand new and after opening it I discovered that it did not have the feet for the the TV stand in the box. My work hours are usually during the customer service hours so it is difficult to talk to someone on the phone and chat support has not been of any help. 

I want to keep the TV as the panel looks great. I want to avoid an exchange in fear of the next panel not being as good as I have had to swap out in the past due to issues such as "Dirty screen effect" or black uniformity issues. Is there any way I can get the stand or even a possible partial refund as this appears it may have been open box and not new as sold? Please help or direct me to someone that can.
