Missing item at curbside pickup

A couple of weeks ago I purchased 2 movies using curbside pickup. I didn’t bother to see if they were both there so on Dec. 28th I decided to go through all my purchases and I couldn’t find that movie. The only thing that could’ve happened is someone at bestbuy must’ve forgotten to put it in the bag. The purchase tag was attached to my other movie. The movie was “the Meg steelbook 4K version”. Is there anyway I can get a replacement or buy the 4K steelbook at the same price I paid before?
