Missing earbud return

I recently bought the Jlab Jbuds Air and after my workout session, I dropped the case into the trash. When i went to retrieve it, I failed to notice the missing wireless earbud. I bought these 7 days ago, so I am within my return policy. I was wondering what I need to do to see about either returning these or by getting a replacement earbud. If I do return them, will i be charged a fee for the missing earbud?

You cannot return something you do not have. You threw away the product so you cannot return it.

I have 2/3rd of the product still. I have the right earbud, and the charging case, but not the left earbud.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Although I wish you were contacting us under happier circumstances, I appreciate you sharing this situation with us. 


Getting new JLab Audio- Jbuds Air True Wireless Earbud Headphones should be an exciting time, so it's discouraging to hear it took this turn instead. While we feel for you, our Return & Exchange Promise does not cover a return or exchange when part of the product has been thrown away by mistake. 


That said, it would be a good idea to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they can provide a replacement for the left ear bud. Please know that due to the circumstances for the replacement, they will most likely charge a fee if they're able to provide a new left ear bud.


While I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, working with the manufacturer is your best option at this time.
