Last Saturday I went to your Pensacola, FL store and made a number of purchases. I was assisted by the store manager. Some of the items were in stock at the store and some were not and had to be shipped. One of the items that was not in stock did not show up in the items being shipped neither but it is on my receipt and we did pay for it. I attempted to call the store and of course was rerouted ot the national call center. To say that this was a waste of time is puttting it mildly and one of the supervisors even hung up on me. I live an hour from the store and was simply trying to reach the manager to get this corrected. I am (was??) a regular customer and the manager would definitely recall our purchases. I understand the use of a central call center but there are instances where calling the store is needed. I hope this is not going to become the norm for Best Buy. Should it become the norm, then I may as well purchase from an online competitor and be done with it. If you can assist in the matter, It will be greatly appreciatred.
