I purchased a Xbox One S in store on Saturday, March 16, while there was a promotion in weekly ad to recieve a $50 E-gift card with the purchase of a Xbox One S. The associate that completed the transaction had me double check my email accounton the touchpad to verify it was correct so that I would recieve the gift card.
I have not gotten any emails or anything to the gift card. I purchased the console because the gift card.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums. That sounds like a great promotion, and I would be looking into where this e-gift card email was as well if I hadn't received it yet. Sometimes these emails can get filtered into a spam/junk folder, so I first suggest checking there.
