Missed Samsung Flash Sale because of store error

I purchased the Samsung hw-q950a a few days ago when they had a flash sale. I placed the order, received confirmation and waited for the pickup email from my local Best Buy. After a couple of hours I tried to contact Best Buy support because I did not receive the pick up order and was told my order was canceled but the agent couldn’t say why. The next day I received a cancellation email, but again it didn’t indicate why. After a few days of contacting Best Buy support via chat support they finally told me that the store canceled my order in error. They couldn’t help me so I decided to call customer care and was told to drive in to the store and explain the situation and they would honor the sales price that I purchased it for when they canceled it. I drove in and the manager indicated that because of the difference in the price he couldn’t give me the product for the price I paid. Basically, because of a “system error” as the manager indicated, which is different from what the chat agent explained as a store error I missed out a great deal.
