Best Buy Store Purchase

Yesterday I went to your store 276 in virginia. I was waiting on my fiancee so I walked around until I saw a computer at a great price. I took it to the register to purchase the item but was then told they couldn't figure out why the tag price wasn't showing up.

They contacted the geek squad manager who created the open box tag 2 days before. She stated she knew the computers price was going to be an issue as she had multiple employees eyeing the product as well. I asked why can't I get the item for its listed price and I was told they aren't allowed to correct that price.

I asked who do I need to contact because that's not fair to the customer. As a person who works in retail I fully understand sometimes tags are incorrect and we have to do right by our customer and sale the item at its listed price if was indeed 100% misleading.

She however walked off and left the store leaving me waiting to figure out why I couldn't get my item. The operations mang6 showed up later and stated his override would be over ridden by the system sl there was nothing he could do. But then stated he could have me banned for causing a scene

However I pointed out that cameras would back me ui p that I haven't caused any scenes I wasn't loud or disrespectful. He prompted me to call corper9 if I liked but that's all I would get.

I left the store frustrated and humiliated as my fiancee who witnessed the whole thing couldn't believe how I was being treated
I took pictures of the item the pricing to show i wasn't i the wrong for requesting the fair price that was listed. But .y issue now is I'm without product I've been treated unfairly and best buy doesn't seem to care about its guest anymore.

No one should ever have to experience what I did and all I wanted was to purchase my product. So who do I need to get to help me fix this situation? And when is it not best buys policy to honor it's own pricing on items it printed tags for? Also when is it ok to lie or speak to a guest in such a manner ?
