When you get the chance, can you please send me a private message that includes your full name, phone number, email address, and the Customer Service PIN located near the bottom of your receipt? Please also include the name of the manager you spoke with, and the SKU of the original laptop you were originally interested in so I can review this further. I hope to hear from you soon!
