Mislead Bamboozled By CSR

Best Buy Consumers and Customers:
Please do not rely on the so called "expert representatives" at BEST BUY to be honest when they suggest or recommend an item for you when they do not have the exact one in which you are seeking TO PURCHASE IN STORE.
The COMPANY is all about "getting money" they are not about having you purchase an item that is best suitable for you.
While there was a time when I thought the world about Best Buy (I was a loyal customer and fan) until I encountered having to trust their judgement and rely on their recommendation. In Dec, I ran into a representative who was an expert at deceiving me for the sake of making money for the company. I was suckered out of (700.00 bucks).
It's really not about the money, but all about "BEING HAD" or BAMBOOZLED by ONE OF BEST BUYS "SO-CALLED" EXPERT representative who I trusted and THE COMPANY USING TECHNICALITIES AND LOOPHOLES TO COVER UP AND JUSTIFY SUCH UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.
Using a robotic approach, telling me, "The good news is" and going on to tell me something that I already know, which is, I am under warrantee, and I have tech support (in which I paid for 135.00 bucks for a year). None of which addressed the problem. SO, tell me again, HOW IS THIS GOOD NEWS? It's irrelevant is what it is!
