Misinformation from Management and employees

I purchased an LG C1 oled open box in satisfactory condition, under the classification no essential items would be missing. The tv was missing the stand, hardware package (for mounting), and the LG magic remote which is essential to set up the TV. I waited instore for an hour because the manager told me the remote was in the back after the employee came back empty handed they told me if I buy the warranty that the geek squad would send me a replacement remote in two days, I called geek squad today and the agent told me that that was not an option. Selling a fair TV as satisfactory is wrong and lying to customers to upsell them on your insurance is worse. What happened to you guys?

Was the condition marked as Fair?
