Hello,
I purchased a mini fridge last on the 15th, and while unboxing it I discovered a fairly large dent on one of the top corners. It appears to be cosmetic so I was hoping to work out a partial refund since it's essentially like receiving an open-box item. (rather than re-boxing the entire unit up and bringing it in for replacement)
What is the best way to approach this? I tried going through Live Chat on the 16th, but they said they can’t help since it was an in-store purchase. I emailed the store the same day but have not received any type of response. I have a picture of the dent as well as a copy of the receipt.
I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!

Thanks for visiting our online community. We appreciate you choosing Best Buy for this purchase. While I am glad to hear you received your mini fridge, I understand cosmetic damage is never ideal. If you would consider keeping the appliance, I may be able to help with a resolution.
