Messed up phone order.

I did a price match over the phone with the 888 best buy number. Whoever did the price match made it seem like a regular transaction in store so it could be picked up there. Problem is its supposed to be shipped to home because the store that its at is in California and i stay in Chicago. I cant get a refund or even the game and ive been getting no help. The California store does not answer and customer service is not helping. How do i get my money back so I can get my game?

Thanks for posting on our forum for support, although I hate to hear what happened with your recent phone order. While I'm glad to hear you were able to price match an item, I understand your concern with the mix-up that happened with the fulfillment of the order. When it comes to store pickup, if you're not able to make it to the store within five days to get your order, it will be automatically cancelled. As I understand you're in a different state, have you seen this order cancel yet?
