To be real though... Are you saying you are allowed to walk into the store to return something, but they make you wait in a car to pick up an order? This doesn't make any sense! My local BestBuy allows me to pick up orders in store. This may have something to do with your local city or state guidelines and regulations.

I would imagine that the online pickup is for COVID 19 reasons. Even though they are accepting returns in the store, this is done at a per customer limit and won't make lines back up at the CS counter. I think that at some stores and dont hold me to this but some counters have store pickup and customer service combined into one area.
Personally I like Next Day Delivery. Best Buy uses Shipt and not UPS or Fed Ex, basically the item is picked at the local store by a driver and brought to your house. There is a little bit of a steep but not outageous fee for this.
