Manager refusal to price match Costco

Tried to price match Costco on a Galaxy watch yesterday.
Manager refused citing that they were a warehouse club. When I presented her the policy on my phone and said that's not a listed exclusion she could offer no justification.
I asked her why do they have policies if she's not going to follow them? She said she didn't have to answer my questions and told me to leave...
Not a pleasant experience at all. I'd love to be able to chat with a regional manager about this.
What good is a policy if it's not going to be followed?

I just checked Costco website. Searched for "galaxy smart watch" every single one said 'member only item' which would be excluded from price matching

Which part of the policy specifically are you saying covers that?

I don't see it.

discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs and government exchange store offers.

That line would seem to INCLUDE Costco since it says non-warehouse. It is a warehouse.

"Pricing only available to select groups of customers" meaning the price would need to be available to non members
