Manager complaint - Darryl Eatontown NJ

This guy is clearly not cut out to be a manager I don’t even know if he really was a manager the way he was acting. He thought I wasn’t “disrespecting” him and started to lecture me on why I was disrespectful and kept taking and talking about nonsense not related to my return.

I simply said well you’re the one going on about it and he said. That’s it I’m denying your return. I don’t know who Best Buy is hiring but I will never ever shop Best Buy again. Never ever ever again. Never had an issue shopping at Best Buy for like 20 years but Darryl at eatontown nj just made sure I am an amazon customer for good.
