Magnolia products return

I bought an marantz sr6013 back in Feb 23. It stopped working on me, 31 days later. I finaly had time to make it to the store to return it for another one today. I was told that I could not exchange it due to the return policy. That I only had 15 days to return it. Even though I am an elite member, and that i had to call marantz and get them to repair it. If this is how best buy treats there magnolia customers. I warn everyone not to shop at best buy.

It's ok, I am just going to have my credit card company take care of this. I will no longer be an best buy customer. Since the company cant back up there top magnolia line.

I have a 90 insurance policy on my navy federal credit card. I will handle it that away.
