Lost online return

I purchased two laptops, *in-store*, and decided to return them at the same time, *online*, one of the two laptops was received and refunded, the other was not.  Can you please assist in trying to locate the 2nd laptop that has gone missing, the other number is {removed per forum guidelines} (Asus TUF laptop).  The web site does not show any return status details, including tracking numbers so I’m unable to locate the original shipping label, so the online tech support was helpless.  The first, successfully returned order was {removed per forum guidelines} and was received on March 25th at the Chino, CA distribution center…I assume the other one arrive on the exact same day/time.  Online chat support suggested I contact the store, as expect the store was completely clueless as to what to do.
