Lost Receipt! Purchase made less than 24 hrs ago

I purchased a samsung 65" sku # 5773708, as well as a full motion t.v mount. The television is too large for all available walls in my home, would like to upgrade to a smaller qled instead. T.v is in perfect condition and back in box, the purchase was made at the Sant Rosa, CA. Store # 120 on 1950 Santa Rosa Ave.
Later that day I purchased a desktop (iBUYPOWER - Desktop - Intel Core i7 7700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 120GB Solid State Drive + 1TB Hard Drive - Gray/black) and I would really like for my set up to be complete!

Thanks for reaching out on the forum!  I totally understand how important it is to have a TV that is both great quality and a good size for your space.  Having a TV that doesn’t fit on your walls if you want to mount it really doesn’t make for a good TV viewing experience.  

 

It sounds like you needed the receipt to pursue an exchange under the Best Buy Return & Exchange Promise.  Using your forum registration information I was able to see that it appears you were able to return the Samsung TV to your local store. I’m glad to see that you were taken care of.  In terms of setting up services, if you’re interested in mounting services for the TV or set up for your desktop computer, I would advise that speaking to the agents at your local store or at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) should be a great way to set up services.
