Lost Receipt - Paid Cash

HI,

 

I bought a laptop in Fort Lauderdale on Monday, paid cash and lost the receipt. Please see details below. Let me know if you can help me recover my receipt. Thank you!

 

-Purchase Date: June 17, 2019

-Store Location: 1901 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305, EUA

-How much did you pay? $1,049.99 + tax

-What did you purchase? ASUS Gaming Laptop GA502DU

 

Please let me know if you can help me getting a copy of the receipt.

Did you us a my best buy account that had your name associated?

 

If you did not then there is probably nothing that can be done.

I didn't. But I saw other messages here on this forum where BB support members were able to support other customers with the same issue.

normally when they have been able to help people with  this issue they at least had one form of method that could be verified that they were the purchaser.

 

For this it would be a matter of someone manually going into that locations system and sorting through all the purchases.  But they may or may not be able to give you the receipt as there is no way to verify that it belongs to you.
